Internal Revenue Service. For the IRS global tech refresh initiative, we supply and deploy desktop and laptop systems to 820 IRS offices in 50 states and 20 countries. We're also helping the IRS consolidate more than 4,000 servers and multiple storage pools into a few high-performance campus and computing centers that will enhance management while cutting investment costs.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Our project team has consolidated 12 EPA helpdesks into one centralized center. Managed by Apptis, the consolidated call center has paid for itself through reduced staffing and infrastructure needs, more efficient use of helpdesk services, and minimum capital costs.

Securities and Exchange Commission. Our enterprise support services to the SEC assure network reliability and availability. We're also supplying VoIP services to enhance voice communications capabilities while lowering costs.

NAS Engineering Support. We provide full-lifecycle support of both new and legacy NAS automation systems. This work includes major ATC initiatives, such as STARS, DSR, Oceanic Systems, Flight Service programs (FSAS, OASIS), and ERAM.

Air Traffic Instructional Services. Our veteran instructors administer classroom and simulation qualifications training for Enroute and Terminal training programs. Air traffic controllers maintain and update their skills with our proficiency training.
