- Aggresive deployment schedule — 112 non-pilot sites completed successfully within 3 months
- Despite the aggressive pace, the project was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule
- Deployment leveraged previous ATS deployment of Citrix infrastructure
- ATS provided extensive project management on a consolidated SharePoint site
