The National Institutes of Health Electronic Commodity Store II (ECS III) contract, 263-03-D-0519, is a government-wide acquisition contract for a wide range of information technology products. ATS has agreements in place with vendors to sell their products and services on this contract. NIH is a flexible, widely accepted contract vehicle where adding products within the scope of work is a very simple process. A minimal fee of 1% is charged by NIH for use of this procurement mechanism and must be included on every order. The fees are collected by the contractor and distributed to NIH quarterly.
